RPC meetings are held every 2 months, typically on the first Monday of the month. They are held in the Village Hall and start at 7pm unless otherwise advertised. Occasionally, an extraordinary meeting may be called. Meetings are advertised here and on the Parish Council notice board outside Rocklands Community Shop. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The Agenda for the upcoming Parish Council meeting will be available no later than 3 clear working days before the meeting. The draft minutes will be available no later than one month after the meeting takes place.
